MIO-Lernumgebung: Benutzertest und Customization

Die Einführung organisatorisch-technischer Artefakte in die betriebliche Praxis erfolgt nicht immer wunschgemäss. Die Gefahren für ein (partielles) Scheitern lauern auf der Organisationsebene, auf der technischen und auf der sozialen Ebene. Im theoretischen Teil dieser Arbeit werden die Herausforderungen der Einführung von komplexen technischen Systemen in ein soziales Umfeld untersucht. Ein weiterer zentraler Punkt der theoretischen Arbeit ist die Untersuchung von Konzepten der Software Prüfung. Eine wichtige Grundlage für die Einführung in die Praxis ist ein getestetes System. Sowohl der Systemtest als auch der Benutzertest werden im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit für die MIO-Lernumgebung konzipiert, durchgeführt und ausgewertet.

The rollout of organizational-technical artifacts into organizations does not always deliver the intended results. Risks for a (partial) failure are being faced at the organizational, technical and social levels. The theoretical part of this thesis analyzes the challenges with the rollout of complex technical systems into a social environment. Another key aspect of the theoretical work is the analysis of the concepts for software testing. An important basis for the rollout is a well tested system. As part of this thesis, a concept for system and usability testing has been developed, executed and analyzed.
