Concept and implementation of a document model interface for TeNDaX integration into Eclipse 3.1

Eclipse war schon immer neben einer Entwicklungsumgebung eine erweiterbare, auf Java basierende Plattform für graphische Anwendungen. Sie zeichnet sich neben ihren eigenen Features durch einen starken Integrationscharakter aus, der das Einbinden externer Tools ermöglicht. Das Plugin-Konzept spielt hier eine zentrale Rolle. Mit der Version 3.0 wird die Nutzung der Eclipse Plattform als universelles Anwendungs-Framework zur erklärten Strategie des Eclipse Konsortiums. Diese Strategie trägt den Namen Rich Client Platform (RCP). In dieser Diplomarbeit geht es nun darum eine saubere Basis zur Portierung von TeNDaX auf diese Plattform zu erarbeiten. Diese Basis soll den Einstieg in eine professionelle und sauber strukturierte Version von TeNDaX ermöglichen.

With version 3.0 the use of the Eclipse platform as a universal applicationframework is declared as the main strategy of the Eclipse community. This represented by the Rich Client Platform (RCP) architecture. This diploma thesis working out a clean basis for porting TeNDaX onto the Eclipse platform. This work build the fundament for a professional and solidly structured version of TeNDaX.
