Die meisten IT-Projekte sind in der Zwischenzeit so komplex geworden, dass ohne Wissensteilung deren Realisierung undenkbar erscheint. Dieser Entwicklung trägt die vorliegende Arbeit Rechnung, indem sie zuerst relevante Begriffe, Methoden, Tools und Konzepte unter dem Gesichtspunkt von IT-Projekten vorstellt, bevor im Anschluss auf den Wissensfluss und die Wissenbilanz eingegangen wird. Der für jede Projektphase ausgearbeitete Methodenrahmen verdeutlicht, wann welche Wissensmanagement-Methode am wirtschaftlichsten und effizientesten eingesetzt werden kann. Auch werden Leitmotive und organisatorische Anforderungen für eine wissensorientierte Führung angesprochen sowie deren Ansätze für eine korrekte Umsetzung. Den Schluss bildet eine empirische Befragung, deren Analyse notwendige Konsequenze für beobachtete Schwachstellen im Wissenskonzept anbietet.

Nowadays most of the IT-projects are so complex, that an implementation without knowledge sharing seems to be unimaginable. The thesis makes allowances for this trend by introducing the relevant terms, practices, tools and concepts by the aspect of IT-projects, followed by the analysis of the knowledge flow and the knowledge balance. For every project phase a practice frame is elaborated, which clarifies when the correct knowledge management practice can be used most efficiently. Also key themes and organisational requirements for a knowledge oriented management are addressed, as well as the approaches of a correct conversion. At the end of the thesis, the analysis of an empirical enquiry offers necessary consequences for observed flaws.
