Software wird heutzutage hauptsächlich in Form von Projekten entwickelt. Der Projektmanager steuert die Arbeiten und führt das Team. Dies ist ein allgegenwärtiger Beruf in der Softwarebranche, von dem der Erfolg der Projekte massgeblich abhängt. Seitens der Industrie besteht ein grosser Bedarf an fähigen Projektmanagern, der jedoch durch das mangelhafte Lehrangebot der Ausbildungsinstitutionen nur sehr spärlich abgedeckt wird. Es stellt sich also die Frage, wie zukünftige Projektmanager auf ihre Rolle im Berufsleben angemessen vorbereitet werden können. Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Rolle der Didaktik im Vermittlungsprozess von Lerninhalten im Bereich des Projektmanagements. Die Arbeit gibt zunächst eine allgemeine Einführung in die ausgewählte Thematik der Didaktik des Projektmanagements und der bestehenden Schulungs- und Prüfungsmethoden. Aufbauend auf den behandelten Themengebieten wird ein Test, bestehend aus Dialogen zwischen dem Projektleiter und Projektmitarbeiter, für eine bestimmte ProjektmanagementLektion („Delegation“) entwickelt. Ziel der Untersuchung ist mittels der erzielten Resultate zu zeigen, ob der Student eine bestimmte Projektmanagement-Thematik verstanden hat, und das erworbene Wissen im Berufsleben umsetzen kann.

Today, software development is primarily undertaken in the form of projects. The role of the project manager is to both oversee the software development process, as well as to lead the team. It is an omnipresent profession in the software industry, on which the success of projects are largely dependent on. Considering this, it is surprising that project management training is not more widely offered. There is a high demand for competent project managers within the industry, which training institutions are not catering to. Consequently, it is necessary to ask how future project managers are adequately being prepared for their roles. This thesis therefore examines topics in project management didactics, as well as existing knowledge and implementation of training and examination methods. Through the incorporation of the aforementioned themes and focussing on a specific section („Delegation“) in project management, a test was developed utilising dialogue between the project leader and the team members. In so doing, showing to the highest possible degree, the significance of whether or not a student has understood a specific project management topic, as well as whether or not they are able to orientate themselves professionally.
